Fred Genesee in CCL "Minerva Lecture Series"

CRLMB principal member Dr. Fred Genesee gives an invited lecturer entitled "Early childhood bilingualism: Perils and possibilities," this Friday, April 18th, as part of the Canadian Council on Learning's Minerva Lecture Series. The Minerva Lecture Series is a "traveling, national forum through which the work of prominent Canadian learning researchers can be celebrated and shared with Canadians from all walks of life."

In his lecture, Dr. Genesee outlines "how bilingualism can help support the development of learners from the earliest days of childhood."

The lecture will take place on Friday, April 18th at 4:00 pm in Room W1010 of the Education Sciences Library of UQAM (455 East René-Lévesque Blvd, Thérèse-Casgrain Building).

Publicity posters are available in both english and french; the lecture will be given in English.
